Blacklist doesn't need to be very long. It's generally advised to blacklist sectors bordering Xenon territory like Black Hole Sun to avoid losing ships during invasions , as well as all war sectors until the conclusion of the AP plot ships will be spawned to destroy UT when he enters there , core pirate sectors around Gaian Star might be attacked regardless of reputation there , all sectors that might not be entered without entering war zone first The Moon, Jupiter 2 and 3 , Lasting Vengeance Duke's sector, often stage of random hostility , and Aldrin traders in slow ships will get stuck there forever.
In total, after if the war is over, no more than sectors total. For a more in-depth look at fixing bugs, please take a look through several of the links provided at the bottom of the page.
Often it will be that they buy a good, attempt to sell it, and are beaten to the sale, resulting in a full hold of an item they can't find anywhere else to sell. Other times would be if their hold can't take the trade they want to include e. Cause: This bug is also pretty broad.
The most common fault is conflicting scripts. If you've got the same ship being attempted to be managed by other modifications, or it transferred badly from one job to another, consider taking a look at it through The Script Editor. Cause: Sometimes your trader won't be able to sell at profit all wares he's bought. If a Trader is attacked he will tell you the ID of the attacker so you know who to look for should you feel the need for revenge. The jump distance for buying and selling increases with the Trader achieving higher levels until the ship covers nearly the whole universe.
For reasons of rationality the buying-range is limited to a max. Up to level 12 the selling-range is 1 sector - the pilot is learning to check his neighbourhood. This coordination doesn't seem to be working properly at the moment, with any luck it'll be fixed in the next patch. Thanks to apogee for pointing this out, I've investigated and now spotted it happening as well. Post patch 2. Best sector of all: Empires Edge - This seems to be the best sector in the X universe according to reports.
All my STs start off here. Last edited by WillWilk on Mon, Oct 07, , edited 27 times in total. Jan 06, Nice work, very thoughtful. I'd also add that UTs have a nasty habit of ignoring enemy ships until they're attacking them, happily trying to get to an ore mine in the middle of a sector swarming with pirates.
Perhaps you could try to work out the average profit per hour of a UT too? I know I'd find that helpful in comparing factories to UTs. Jan 06, Spero wrote: Nice work, very thoughtful. Look around at the options both on the ships CC and the stations CC and you should be able to set a Jump gate limit, fry to keep it at 4 or 5 or you will stray into unfriendly territory. You can Micro manage your other Hauler to get the Energy Cells at the best Price jumping into SETA for the Traveling time steadily building up credits untill you can add more and more stations to your existing one.
The goal is to make it self sustaining Full Factory Complex, then its whare you start making ENd Products in some cases, Energy shields go well in this area. Also nice selling items are pretty much anything you can sell to Argon Trade Stations and other stuff.
