To replacing the game save, just find where the save location is, and replace it there. The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic. You are replacing the old save with the latest save you wanted to use right? By chance did you upload the older save? Try this copy latest save you have on your other device, bring it over to your current system, start game, replace the old save with the latest save, close game, and relaunch it.

Yea just repeat the process, if your save didn't sync and download on other device when you're switching around.
